Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the public website at underbot.ai and www.underbot.ai, including the chat assistant embedded on it (together, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Underbot AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its principal place of business in Florida.

The customer portal is separate

Access to the Underbot AI product — including the customer portal at app.underbot.ai — is governed by a separate written agreement between Underbot AI LLC and your institution. These Terms cover only the public Site and do not grant any right to use the product.

Using the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Underbot AI and to evaluate it for your institution. You agree not to:

  • interfere with the Site’s operation or attempt to probe, bypass, or test its security;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content, or use automated tools to flood the contact form or chat assistant;
  • misuse the chat assistant, including attempts to extract its underlying prompts or use it for purposes unrelated to Underbot AI;
  • use the Site in violation of applicable law.

AI-generated content and no credit advice

Everything on this Site is decision support, not a decision. Chat responses, sample scores, and calculator outputs are informational only. They are not legal, financial, compliance, or credit advice, and they are not an offer of, or commitment to provide, credit or services.

The chat assistant uses large language models, and its responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Verify anything important with us directly before relying on it.

If your institution becomes a customer, your team owns its credit policy and every lending decision. You remain solely responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to your business, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and prohibitions on unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices.

ROI and cost-of-delay calculators on the Site are illustrative hypotheticals based on the numbers you enter. They are not projections, forecasts, or guarantees of results.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Underbot AI LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for the purposes described in these Terms. “Underbot” and the Underbot AI logo are trademarks of Underbot AI LLC.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Site or our products, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

Third-party services

The Site may link to or rely on services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNDERBOT AI LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Underbot AI LLC harmless from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted here, with the effective date revised above. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.
