Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Underbot AI LLC (“Underbot AI,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through our public website at underbot.ai and www.underbot.ai, including the chat assistant embedded on it (together, the “Site”).

The Underbot AI customer portal at app.underbot.ai is a separate, authenticated product. Data handled there is governed by the written agreements we sign with each customer, not by this policy.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us, plus routine server logs:

• Contact form submissions.If you request a deal review or ask us to get in touch, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role, approximate monthly loan volume, what you’d like to do, and any message you include.
• Chat assistant conversations. Messages you type into the chat assistant are sent to our chat service so it can respond. Conversations are stored on our systems and may be reviewed to improve answer quality and prevent abuse.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and run any deal review you request.
• To operate and improve the chat assistant.
• To secure the Site and prevent abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site — hosting providers, email delivery services, and the AI model providers that process chat messages to generate responses. These providers process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply until it is updated.

A note on the chat assistant

The chat assistant exists to answer questions about Underbot AI. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into it — in particular, do not submit consumer credit application data or other nonpublic personal information about your customers.

Data retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as we are engaging with you about your inquiry, and chat logs for as long as reasonably needed for quality and safety review. You can ask us to delete either at any time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@underbot.ai. We honor rights available to you under applicable law and will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business service for lending professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
